Kreations’ creation

From an early age, Kesi engaged in mission driven entrepreneurship, seeing and meeting the need for community members to have quality and affordable childcare in the after-hours and/or weekends that daycare and school did not provide.  Kesi began her first business at ten years old, babysitting for community/coalition meetings and trainings while her mom was participating.

For more than two decades, Kesi Relyea has worked in both private and nonprofit sectors developing “kreative” supports and solutions with a personal touch.

Her nonprofit experience grew from grass-roots and programmatic work with youth and adults for a variety of issues ranging from political campaigns, environmental and human rights issues to implementation of community health education, policy advocacy, fundraising and development, and positive youth development.

Kesi Relyea advanced her expertise in operations, finance, sales and merchandising, human resources, “Golden Rule” customer service, management and coaching, in the private sector and as a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant.

Whether private or nonprofit, it is business.  Nonprofits do have to watch their bottom line, just as businesses do not have to eliminate the human element.  Kesi utilizes various techniques and approaches to coach individuals and businesses forward, keeping their “Kreations” woven specifically to your desired supports and solutions.
